For years I have been telling them to put rental car insurance on all my vehicles. Truck got totaled when I got side swiped and come to find out they never put it on my policy. They put it on my wife's van but not my truck. When I bought another truck I told them to put it on. They never did. This truck got into an accident and their authorized body shop had it for 13 months and 22 days. I get it back and it's still screwed and I can't drive it. Adjuster said it has to be towed to another body shop to fix all the problems, which could be months. This agency said they won't do crap for me though the staff was told to put rental policy on the truck. Now I can't take my kids to their doctor appointments or go to the VA for my appointments. Can't pick my kids up from school when their sick or anything since my wife works as I can't and am a disabled veteran. This agency said they won't do crap for me. Don't waste your time with this agency. Find a better one, or another company.

I picked one policy & they put us in a different policy that was out of our price range. We thought we had insurance and when we needed to use it, there was none due to being deemed inactive for payment. The policy I chose was a zero dollar a month premium, $30 copay, and generics $17 and below. They told me they had no notes on me choosing the plan I chose, therefore i didn't....Well then please tell me how I remember all the specifics of the plan I clearly spoke to their office about? Now I have to wait until another month goes by until I can get coverage bc of their HUGE MISTAKE. Oh and I also chose a new insurance provider and had to stay on the phone for over an hour to get this straightened out. This process was ridiculously mind blowing. They all but accused me of lying and told me I did pick the policy they put me in, which is absolute nonsense bc I was so thrilled to actually get the plan I thought I was getting. Now everyone has issues and needs to see doctors and we're left without a bone bc of their mistake.
