I do NOT recommend this facility. My child attended In-Sync…read morePediatric Therapy in Van Buren for a month, no issues with my child targeting/harming others were ever expressed by any staff. My child was sent home from his day there (9/19) with what appeared to be finger print bruises on both of his calfs, no incident reports were made on the day of said incident, I was told nothing about the bruises or any incident in which bruises could have been caused to my child on the day my child was sent home with them. The day after (9/20) I was told staff would be spoke with and I would be contacted, I was later contacted and told my child was allegedly attempting to "kick therapists in the face and they may have held his legs to tight to keep him from hurting them or others". When I asked who was involved I was told it was a hypothetical statement and they came up with 7 "incident reports", made the day after my child was left bruised. I was then later (9/21) called by the director and told that because no therapist reported holding my child they couldn't do anything, but they were going to retrain their staff. Then again (9/22) I was contacted by the director and she informed me they were going to continue to "investigate internally", after having told me they day before that the staff indicated nothing so nothing could be done. This facility allegedly does not restrain, however it seems as if my child was in some way grabbed with excessive force or restrained, all I want are answers as to what happened and who was involved. I will not stop until I get those answers.

My family and I had been clients at Rise for several years. The therapists were great. However, the…read morereceptionist at the Fayetteville clinic and the lack of response has made us all change clinics. I 100% understand and agree with the 15 minute late policy. I was meeting my son for his appointment, and told them he was on the way and we would check in once he arrived. He was coming from school, and around the time of dismissal it began to pour. He is a brand new driver, so it took him much longer than anticipated. I was watching his tracking and kept the receptionist updated. At 13 minutes late he pulled into the lot. He got out of his car, ran across the lot, and was standing right outside the door (dripping wet) when she announced to me that they would have to reschedule. I told her he is right outside the door, and we were fine with making his session 15 minutes shorter. There was no intention to make the next appointment late. I also understand the policy, but 30 seconds "too late" after he had ran from his car. I reported this and never got a response. I cancelled the rest of his sessions, and we have found a wonderful new place. I also know their policy is not that inflexible. I am rarely late to anything, but one time I hit some crazy traffic on my way to the Springdale clinic and I was over 15 mins late. The therapist still took me and we cut our session short. I just don't tolerate rudeness or lack of compassion, and therefore we will not be returning.

I've been seeing Dr. Megan James for about 8 weeks now to help with my pelvic floor recovery after…read morea traumatic birth. She has been incredible and I truly have noticed a difference in my discomfort and healing journey. Megan is extremely professional, kind and validating to your experiences. She listened to my entire birth story and made me feel seen and heard. I also never feel judged if I had progress one week and then a set back the next. She stays encouraging and refocuses you gently. I will continue to recommend her to anyone who has pelvic floor recovery needs, regardless of if it is related to birth!
