The documents provided raise serious concerns: * Charges such as daily "breach" fees are not defined anywhere in the contract * The invoice contains vague line items like "recovered expenses" with no clear explanation * Photos provided as evidence are not time-stamped, making it impossible to verify when they were taken * The condition report does not accurately reflect the vehicle's pre-existing damage, and portions appear altered or incomplete The company continues to justify these charges by referencing "breach of contract," but there is a clear difference between a restriction and a disclosed financial penalty. Nowhere was I informed of, or did I agree to, these specific charges. In one word, Craptacular!…read more Arrived at Tullamarine airport and realised that they do not actually have their cars or an office there but at some remote facility 10 minutes away that just added to my destination arrival. The car I got had a windscreen with smears on it also, the tank was not full yet the paperwork stated that it was. The worst of it however was the fact they took out a $1000 credit card bond, WTF, seriously?? It sent my credit card over-limit and I couldn't use it for the rest of my trip. For the couple of dollars you save using this cheap car rental service over the main ones based at the airport is just not worth it, especially when they take such a huge chunk out of your credit card. I have used other companies at the the airport and the time waiting in the queue was probably longer than going out to East Coast. The hire car is a bit cheaper too. No complaints at all.
