I called to get the quote they were out with in a week. They were there a little later in the evening then originally planned on but kept in touch with us letting us know when they would be over for the estimate. They were working until 7 at night and still managed to stop after and give us the estimate. Great breakdown on the estimate and invoice. Explained everything I asked about. Cleaned up after each day. Asked where he could leave a trailer overnight. Double checked with me before he purchased the metal to make sure he had it correct-which he did. There was a small piece of metal that was on the ground after they were finished and had left. I was worried it had broke loose or maybe they forgot to nail it in, texted him late on a Sunday night he checked it before he started his next job on Monday morning and it was a end piece ( an extra piece that was cut off) just like he thought but he jumped up on the roof to check it and ease my concerns.
