As a mom, I couldn't be more thankful for the love and care this daycare has given my daughter. She has been here since she was 2 years old, and watching her grow from a little toddler into the amazing little girl she is today has been such a blessing. She absolutely loves Ms. Jadie and Ms. Amanda. They have been such important people in her life, and I can see how much they truly care about her. They have helped her learn, grow, build confidence, and feel safe and loved every day. Now that she is in her last year here before starting kindergarten, I feel so proud knowing she is going in with so much knowledge, confidence, and the tools she needs to continue succeeding. I'm so grateful for all the patience, kindness, and dedication this daycare has shown my daughter throughout the years. As a mom to premature babies I was beyond nervous about sending them to daycare. Vamonos sends pictures and videos though out the day to make sure you know your babies okay. My one son had speech delay and his therapists were able to come to the daycare and provide services there. The pricing is the cheapest in the area. All of our children have attended here at some point either, therefore regular daycare or summer camp. Our son has been coming here for almost 3 years, and has needed a little extra help along the way. All of the people who work here have gone their way to make sure that he gets that help. When we had our youngest last year, there was no question that when I went back to work, she would come to Vamonos. Our children have thrived under the care they receive here. While we have never had any major concerns or problems any thing that has come up has always been handled quickly and professionally. read more

Save all your receipts!! They tried to scam me out of $200 after I showed them all the proof of payments I only owed $50. This was after I was threatened to be sent to collections and had to come in with all the paperwork. I was constantly needing to leave work to pick up my kid over every little thing after they refused to work with me & try to accommodate my son. who has an IEP. They could not be bothered. If you have a child who has any needs greater than just their basic needs being met stay far away. read more

I did not have a good experience with Vamonos. I was there for less than 2 weeks and felt the need to pull my kids out right away. The staffs are often seen on their phone. When I drop off my kids in the morning, even though the staffs saw that my hands were full with an unwilling 2 y/o clinging onto me and a shy 5 year old still unsure about her new school, along with 2 lunch bags, a box of diapers, nobody got up from their chair to offer a hand. It did not feel welcoming at all. On our second week there, I received a call each day to come pick up my 5 year old because Tuesday, she was coughing so hard that she gagged (she had just recovered from her cold, I kept her home an extra day to make sure she was fully cleared of her fever). Then they called me again on Wednesday because my 5 year old wouldn't eat her lunch. I didn't know what they were expecting me to do... I am a working mom, I expected them to be able to solve these issues on their own. I ended up going in early to pick her up. When I went in, I saw she was left in a corner not participating in their games. I expect the teacher to try and get her to participate, but the teacher just sat in a chair and on her phone. It broke my heart when my child saw me through the windows and burst into tears. On our way home, I asked her why she wouldn't eat her lunch that I packed her... she said because it was frozen! I confirmed with the schools that they have microwaves and they have the ability to heat up food because I saw that they put all the kids lunch bags into the fridge. I felt the need to pull both kids out of that school immediately. It was really disappointing. There are friendly staffs, but the pre school class was just such a disaster. We transferred from a great school in the city. I knew it was too good to be true when they had openings for all 3 of my children. Now I know why they have openings... This place is horrific. The owner is terrifyingly good at making you think that she runs a caring and well-organized facility but it couldn't be further than the truth. The billing here is a nightmare; i was told numerous times that I missed paying but I was always able to prove with a check image. One time, their bank made an error with their deposits, and rather than say they had a banking issue, they sent a nasty delinquent letter. The daycare never took responsibility or apologized for their poor accounting. During the pandemic, when they closed in mid-March, other daycares were refunding for those that paid for the entire month upfront, but Vamonos refused. That is huge, as one of the staff members disclosed to me the daycare received state funds to help their employees but refused to help the families that utilized their services! With talking with other parents, you will find that some families can pay on week-to-week basis, while others are required to pay for an entire month up front. One parent was relocating, and wanted to keep her child at the daycare for only one week into the next month. Rather than work with this family, who utilized their services for years, they billed this woman for an entire month and sent her collection notices for the three weeks she had moved! And she gave 30 days notice of their relocation when only two weeks was required. The owner refuses to return calls, and will let her staff do her dirty work. It was with a great deal of relief that I found other child care services. The adage "you get what you you pay for" is so true here..... do yourself a favor and run! read more

We have been at vamonos in Warrington for 2 1/2 years and it's so hard knowing my daughter will be graduating soon! They are incredible and we will really miss them. My daughter has some behavior issues, which can result in some major blowouts at school. All of the teachers, especially her own teacher, have been so supportive in helping me figure out ways to help her but more importantly by making my daughter feel loved despite the obvious challenges she poses for them. Every single teacher there seems to genuinely love my daughter, and all the kids for that matter. I am a little surprised by the negative reviews and I'm sorry for anyone who has not had the experience we've had. But I truly believe they deserve the 5 stars. read more

Do not believe these 5 star ratings! The owner makes her staff have their family and friends add false reviews. Both of my children went to the Warminster location for 9 months and I'm sick to my stomach I allowed them to be there that long. Do your research and see what all these other parents are saying because it's all true. From my own experience I can say my son was one of the many victims of their negligence. He came home on several occasions smeared in his own feces. They changed his pull up but didn't wipe his bottom. The third time he must have been in it for a long time because he was so sore, red, and irritated he had a horrible rash and tore open his own skin scratching from the discomfort! I explained my concerns and insisted better care be taken of my children and the owner mom shamed me to feeling like it was some how my fault because my son wasn't fully potty trained by 3. I'm sick to my stomach for not pulling my kids out of there sooner! I'm desperately searching for a daycare I can trust and afford but I'd rather quit my job than leave my children with these people one more day! read more

I'm not one to leave reviews and even if I am asked I honestly forget, however, I was never asked to leave a review and I felt it necessary to provide one for this facility. We started taking our kids to Vamonos about 3 years ago, due to the services they provide. My son goes to upper Moreland and we live in centennial, Vamonos accommodated our needs. We wanted our kids to learn Spanish, vamonos has accommodated our needs. We originally started at the Horsham location and our kids loved it there. We were then informed that the Horsham location would be closing soon, we absolutely loved all the teachers that worked and interacted with our kids, they adored the teachers and it was a sweet but sad goodbye. Emily, has always been understanding and accommodating to our needs. Any problem or concern that we had it was addressed. We relocated to warminster location, I will be honest some of the teachers that were there in the morning time looked disgruntled, wouldn't say hi or good morning to me and I honestly didn't care because at the end of the day my kids came home happy and not a complaint from them. My kids always come home and say they had such a great day and tell me all about what they did. Whenever there is a problem or my kids aren't feeling well they call, they give us a heads up, let us know what happened , even though every time I get a call I think oh god what happened lol. No, they are very informative and they do a great job with them. Just from being there our daughter has built such a strong friendship with a few other kids who they have play dates with and we can hang out with the parents, that's what we wanted. Our kids to grow, learn, make new friends that can last a lifetime, and we've seen that. Emily has done a great job with building a foundation that can go on for generations a daycare that works with you not against you. It may be pricy yes but all daycares are pricey, everything in the economy is outrageous but we still pay for it. Take your time to interact with all the teachers and get to know them as well as the assistant directors and Emily. We keep our kids here because they come home happy every single day! Knowing my two kids are happy, we are happy. It's a shame that there are so many negative reviews. read more

I Sent my child to the elementary aged program here during the Pandemic. I was told many things during my tour that did not coincide once she started attending. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt after an incident that happened years ago thinking it was completely new staff. The director seems nice at first but its all for show, hence this review, She is already calling me to take it down right away, having other people threaten me to take it down and lastly having people she knows commenting on this review to make it sound like I, as the parent, was the problem. The Place is small, inside of a gym, There is one toilet in the entire facility that the entire staff and every male and female child uses. To get to the toddler room you have walk through the elementary aged room which has a glass window between the two (pretty distracting for the older kids). Also gym members are allowed to drop their children off at all random times throughout the day. Besides the shadiness with the invoices which I have heard multiple parents talk about, anytime there was a situation where my daughter was bullied, hurt or crying the daycare would never call me, I had to hear about it from her after, even after a block was thrown at her head (I understand kids are kids, but your kid should never come home with a mark or scar you weren't already aware of). I would have multiple conversations with one teacher and then she would never relay my messages to the owner and get back to me, even though my daughter did love her very much I wish the communication was better. I remember when my daughters teacher was on vacation she couldn't wait until she came back bc the owner was so mean to the kids she said and would yell. This place Isn't the kind of place where you can feel 100% Comfortable leaving your child alone knowing they are in good hands. If my child is being bullied, I want to know about it, and if you as teachers know about it and do nothing, there is a problem there. I was defiantly hesitate to send her there after I toured and saw it but when I did the walkthrough other places were filling up and I didn't want to miss the chance to get her in somewhere, They assured me they would constantly be cleaning the bathrooms and facility, said registration fee went towards tuition, and said they supplied the kids supplies. Then I got an invoice for both. I also never saw them wipe down a single thing. Just take temperatures outside the door which at least they did that. Had I known how it was REALLY run, it would have been a different story sending her. We departed from this facility and wont be returning. read more

He was not asked his name, his relationship, asked for an ID, or even asked the name of the kids he was picking up. Very weird experience here. I had a lovely visit with the owner, Emily. We scheduled a day for my husband to come; she said to text about a time. However, she didn't respond to: text, email, or a phone call (and he was only in town that day). Weeks later, still no word. I thought something major must have happened. Weeks later, I spoke with 2 different workers who say the manager/owner will call me back but no call ever came. Bizarre. The lack of communication is astonishing, especially for a daycare. My kids attend both locations the Warrington for school/daycare and the Horsham for when I go to the gym. Both have never let me down. They are an amazing group of people. I always feel confident and comfortable my kids are being well looked after. My kids look forward to going whether it be the gym or school. Both locations are owned by the same fantastic owner. The best part is that the kids love to come to school each day. Both centers use an app called HiMama to keep parents involved with their child's day including art activities, snacks provided, nap time, diaper changes and much more! As a parent it is comforting to see pictures of your child having fun at school, while at work. They also incorporate Spanish and English in circle time and through-out the day with kids beginning to speak two languages at a very early age. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Uhhhh where to start. Well I first I have to say all the staff that interacts with the kids are great as far as I know. They are down to earth people that really care about the well being of the children. They do a great job with the kids. No complaints there. The problem comes from management and up. The tall skinny Spanish girl has a attitude problem that makes me think why she still has her job. She also is bothered when asked about anything that causes her to get out of her seat for you. If she could roll the chair there I think she would. The other girl thats behind the desk is a sweetheart though and seems to love the children like her own. The ownership seems to be the problem and seems to be what this place is lacking. It's minimal at best. The owner doesn't know what happens at her business because she is not there. She seems fake and seems to be a terrible person to work for saying demeaning things to the staff etc as I've seen her rip teachers into her office for a "talk". I've heard teachers over talking about how they are in need of clarification because they aren't getting any direction. She seems lazy and unorganized. I use to see her everyday there and now I don't think I have seen her in over the month and when I ask about her she said she hardly is here anymore. Needless to say I have been looking to take my kid/s somewhere else where the owner over sees daily operations. That means a new gym as well. read more
