I'd like to give a big shout-out to Link Automotive for some emergency repairs they did recently on…read moremy 2018 Nissan Versa. When I was driving to work early one morning, my transmission seemed to be getting rather hesitant and, for lack of a better term, "grabby." After work the problem had gotten MUCH worse, and I was lucky that my car even GOT me to Link Automotive. Since they couldn't get to my car until the next day, they were kind enough to give me a courtesy drive home. The next day they called to tell me that a couple of transmission cooling lines had to be replaced. I authorized the repairs, they ordered the parts, and a couple of days later my car was driving just fine. They explained that one cooling line had completely rusted through and the other was almost as bad, so I had lost most of my transmission fluid. Worst case scenario was needing a new transmission, but fortunately that was not necessary. So I HIGHLY recomment Link Automative should you ever need transmission work done.

I went in because our Jeep Patriot was making a squeaky noise when backing up. They ended up replacing the rotors, brake pads, etc.--$2,000+ and about 7.5 hours later, it was finished. The drive home was fine, but by Monday morning the squeak was still there. I called NTB, and they had me bring it back the next day. After waiting about 30-40 minutes, two mechanics checked everything over and said it all looked good, at least from a safety standpoint. We stopped using the emergency/parking brake, and the noise went away immediately. At this point, I'm guessing it's just an older Jeep thing and occasional noises are "normal."

D&D Auto Center…read more Donnie and Danielle Firstly, I was recommended this shop by another customer of theirs. Secondly, they are trustworthy and actually will fix your car! I've had my vehicle here for several years issues, both minor and major. Recently, I had to have a full engine replacement due cylinder and piston damage, and I had a vehicle service contract to fight through to cover repairs. Both Donnie and Danielle jumped through hoops to get this huge, time consuming claims process as well as the actual repair to get this job and my vehicle to the finish line, advocating for their customer along the way. 10/10. Exemplary customer service, fair transparent pricing, an honest mechanic, and a small business. D&D Auto center will continue to be my go-to for any and all auto repairs, big and small.

I had some friends recommend Allstarr so I thought I would give them a shot. I could not be more pleased. Most importantly, I think the work they have done is quality work. They fix it right the first time. On top of that, I had one problem that could have waited and they told me I could wait. I didn't wait but it was refreshing to have someone be that straightforward with me. I will absolutely be taking my cars here for all of their future service. I should add that I like the fact they are a locally owned business rather than a franchise so the profits will be reinvested in our community instead of being sent to an out of state corporate headquarters.
