I arrived with as much "stuff" as I thought I would need, toiletries, figuring I could shower after, blow dryer just in case they didnt have one, etc....well here goes my review. Pay and get a little electronic bracelet that allows you to enter what you have paid for. In addition, it allows you to have a locker and lock up your stuff. Silly me, I figured I could rent a towel there however, there was no towel in sight, so lesson learned. Everyone is required to shower before entering and the pool is nice, warm, bubbly, wasn't crowded ( I was there on a Tuesday)...we also entered the Japanese bath which was even warmer and even less crowded. Also near there is another whirlpool, also outside, probably just as warm but I didnt try it out. Nor did I try out the sauna since some guy walked out completely nude and it was enough of s shock to me that I didnt need to see what was waiting inside the sauna. My other issue is that there is no proper shower to get naked and shower in afterwards. After this I would have liked to, however all I could do was wash my hair in the communal shower in my bathing suit....the hair dyer I brought, French plug..forgot the Swiss adapter so I had to use their dryers....I have felt hand dryers stronger than these so it took a while to dry my hair and finally get out. I will try some other thermal spas before I go back to this one,, however, if I go back I will be more prepared. Towels , adapter......

As soon as we got in the car to head to the spa we received a call that one of the staff was sick. It was unfortunate, but we decided to split one massage in two, so that all four of us could still get services. Upon arrival we are told that somehow, our four HOURS of services could now only be THREE 25 MINUTES MASSAGES! This left one of our group with NOTHING. I could understand needing to switch all of the services to 25 minutes possibly, but this was beyond unacceptable. There were two massage therapists working. We were spending 900 euro. Even if the one therapist was not there, how do you explain the 2 hours we reserved with the other therapist not being available to us??? It was supposed to be a relaxing start to our family holiday, and it was chaos. No staff gives you a tour or any guidance, and it's a confusing layout. They clearly prioritize a high influx of the day access to the amenities over services. They had extremely overbooked the day passes, it was mobbed. It was hard to change, walk through the hallways, hang up your robe, enjoy anything at all. One of us who could not get her massage should at the very least had her day access complimentary, but no! I have been to many QC terme's in other areas globally, and I have never been disappointed. This one is in desperate need of proper staff, and serious customer service training. Do not waste your time or money!
