I've been there in two occasions. One with friends and one with my husband for Valentine's Day.
When you check-in you get a Hamman towel and you are directed to the changing rooms, which are fully equipped with showers, hair dryers and lockers (you'll need a 2CHF coin to able to use it - you get it back after).
They have the baths, which are great. Beautiful pools inside and outside where you can relax and just stay hours in the water and have a good time and a café if you want something to drink or eat. They have the Hamman path which is: sauna, exfoliation (here you can choose to be fully naked or not, or just skip it if you feel uncomfortable, they have a room for women and one mixed), pool and hot stones (here is where you're gonna wait if you scheduled a treatment) and last the café, where you can sit and have some water and tea (also some food and other beverages for sale).
The whole place is gorgeous! The decoration is great!!!!
When I went for Valentine's day the place was packed. We had scheduled a Spa Toi&Moi and for my surprise, it wasn't really ''toi&moi'', you do the baths and the hamman with everybody, then the mudding and a couple's massage in a private room, where we had a little platter with some aperitifs.
The massage was ok, not extraordinary and it had way too much oil for my taste. You leave the room drenched in massage oil.
I found the place OK. Nice if you go during the week when there isn't a lot of people and you can actually enjoy the facilities. If it is crowded it hard to enjoy it. If you want a massage, book it first on their website. read more
