When I came in for the cut, a very nice and thoughtful salon lady, Nejma, was satisfied with a photo of a particular hairstyle I always carried in my iPhone. My goodness, she certainly is not only an expert but also an artist to the point she understood both strengths and weaknesses of my hair. Nejma, without reservations and all hands down, is one of the best among all others over years of traveling. She was my translator as Marco, does not speak English. Let me tell you, he doesnt speak English, but he speaks the language I needed that day, HAIR. I was trying to explain the old haircut and what I wanted vs. what I got and he stopped my "translator". He said, I can see what happened here. It was really horrible. I walked out of that place with a beautiful haircut, blown out to perfection. I really loved it and he suggested a keratin treatment since my hair is getting beat up with the hard water here. It was 85 francs which is pretty cheap for Switzerland. I made my next appointment before I left as well. Finally after two years of living here I found a someone who cuts my hair how I like it. A huge thing for women, now if I can find a replacement bra for mine that was discontinued I will be golden :)
