I overheard him say, "I gotta take this call. I don't have time for this. It has to wait." As a customer, and as a healthcare professional myself, I find it incredibly unprofessional to be openly de-prioritized in such a dismissive manner. Is a manufacturer's call truly more important than a paying customer who is standing right in front of you, regardless less of the dollar value ? The courtesy of even a brief explanation would have gone a long way, but none was offered. To make matters worse, a young insolent and unseasoned "here for the summer", staff member attempted to start an argument with me, and another employee insinuated that we should have gone elsewhere instead of coming to a pharmacy for a notary. That kind of logic is baffling. if you advertise a service, you should expect and respect the customers who come for it. If your team cannot manage the workload of offering national notary services, then it would be more honest to stop advertising it, rather than subject customers to poor treatment and delays. I came to your location based on word-of-mouth recommendations, but this experience was a mistake. I will not be returning, nor will I be referring anyone else. Professionalism is about respect for people's time and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, that was entirely lacking here. All the best in your future business endeavors.

Elmora Healthcare and Ben were a LIFESAVER!!! I was about to depart on a cruise from Port Liberty…read morein Bayonne with my friend, who uses an electric wheelchair. The day of the cruise, her wheelchair battery would not charge. I went to Guest Service to request an electric wheelchair or scooter. We also requested a bed rail for my friend to hold onto to get in and out of bed. Celebrity doesn't offer bed rails and has no electric chairs or scooters unless ordered in advance. I quickly Googled emergency delivery of medical equipment, and Elmora popped up. I called, and Ben answered. I told him my predicament and asked if he could deliver to the cruise ship terminal. Ben was right on it and on his way immediately with a wheelchair and a bed rail. The gangway was to be taken from the ship at 3:20 PM, and Ben arrived at 2:50 PM. At first, security would not give me clearance to leave the ship, but the wonderful woman at guest services made it happen!!!! Thank you, Emma, at Celebrity Silhouette Guest Services!! Without Ben and Elmora, my friend would be sleeping in her non-functioning wheelchair for seven nights. I owe Ben a debt of gratitude for his quick help and kindness. He contacted me during the cruise to see how we were doing. That meant everything to my friend and me! Thank you, Ben, from the bottom of my heart!!!! PS The cost was so affordable, I was a bit shocked.

Stopped by to pick up my uncles new scrip and his neck brace that weights almost 10 pounds but doctor states he needs it for recovery .Well stocked and organized store and workers are very helpful when you give them insurance card and all the basic info they need .Very quick service and stuff is bagged properly and secured . 4 stars on my yelp meter and the portable toilet is worth a few giggles on my way out .

Said insurance would not approve more than 30 days at a time. So now I'm out of country, traveling, and out of my meds. Who cares about insurance, I'm their customer and willing to pay. Whether and when I get reimbursed is my business, between me and my medical insurance. My doctor and my pharmacy need to do what I, not my insurance, tell them to do. I go to my doctor for medical opinions and my pharmacy for prescription fulfillment. They all work for me, thank you very much. My insurance is for when I have something catastrophic happen. I don't need my doctor, my pharmacy (or my financial advisor) taking ANY guidance from my medical insurance company. What a joke. I would have been better off if I'd told them I have no insurance.
