Owned by a man, Mr. Peters, who knows his medical equipment I was able to get my father's wheelchair repaired in one week. Most of that time was spent waiting for the replacement part. We chose to take the chair to his store but for an additional fee he can travel to your residence to make the necessary repairs. The fee was reasonable given replacement parts are priced by corporate robber barons but so worth it to avoid the purchase of a new chair. I highly recommend this repair shop. And to be clear, I never met or heard about this place until I researched online.

I've been to this location before to pick up packages as they are affiliated as a ups pick up location. A very kind gentleman picked up and confirmed they carry the medication I needed for my child. My location was a bit out of their area of coverage, but the gentleman I spoke was clearly knowledgeable and gave me his time and advice on my stairlift issue. He explained the exact bolt, location, and wrench size I needed to address my issue. He even offered me to call him back when I was at the location should I need further advice!!! Although I didn't (and don't) have a…read morelot of funding for out-of-pocket wheelchair repairs, working with Dwight has been life-saving a number of times, and has included diagnosis, repair and maintenance of issues involving several motorized wheelchairs, a motorized recliner, a hospital bed, and set up for a new lightweight manual wheelchair. Dwight is patient and persistent, particularly with unusual issues. He enjoys discussing his trade and is good at explaining things one might not understand about the workings of a piece of mobility equipment. He is responsive and flexible with scheduling. He really loves what he does, and I'm always relieved when he stops by because it means my wheelchair problem will likely soon be solved, and I won't have to wait and see whether insurance and DME bureaucracy will decide to get me mobile again in a reasonable amount of time.
