My only complaint (if you were to call it that..the reason it wasn't a 5 star) was that the line was long (not their fault) but it moved VERY slowly. It opened at 9, I got there around 9:20 and still waited in a half hour line. Good thing the weather (and neighborhood) was gorgeous! But I did see a lot of people who were in line leave before they could get access to the sale. See you next time!

When I completed the construction of a new home this year, I decided to hire Bruce even though there as no sale transaction happening. I thought another set of eyes on the property would catch a few things that I did not. Bruce found many minor items and a few ones of significance, including blocked condensate lines on the HVAC system. His inspection prevented water damage that would have been expensive to repair. I am very happy with Bruce's service and professionalism and would absolutely hire him in the future. He is very passionate and informed about his craft.

Spencer, the estate sale "professional", was hovering in and out of rooms. Felt like he was treating everyone as a thief. Asked him a question and was told "There will be more stuff brought out today and tomorrow!" Not what I asked nor what I was interested in. Make my pile out front and go to check out with the elderly man at the table "Oh no Spencer makes all the prices!" First and last time I will ever be at one of these sales. If you are a potential customer looking to have someone do your estate sale, find someone else. The lack of preparation, presentation, or professionalism should scare you away. The customer at this sale should have just ran a garage sale themselves, they would at least cut out the non work this guy does. If you're a potential buyer coming to the sale: it's like going to the flea market where nothing is priced and when you pick it up, it's worth the world. You're doing the work for them, avoid!

As you can read below in our texts he first tells me to simply put whatever will make the signer actually sign the document regardless of what is acceptable and what does not cloud the title. Its amazing to me that this person can as you can read in the images simply claim he no longer has a fiduciary obligation to the situation. If they had done their job properly and recorded the reconveyance then none of this ridiculousness would have had to have taken place. Its really sad that the title of our property has been clouded after being paid off for five plus years and simply attempting to get it cleared up as it was his job to do, apparently those parts of the law do not pertain to him, so yup you can read our conversation in full. Especially since he refuses to answer the phone like an adult and will only text.
