No one is answering the phone at any extension. As I'm in the process of buying a house this is a significant issue so I drove to their office. They can not assist as they don't have computers, servers, or phones running and soonest they advised they can respond is 4-5 days. I had to contact the state to resolve the issue myself. Lady there indicated there has been a lot of changes this last year at the firm, didn't give reason but seems like they are having significant issues. I would stay far away.
