Recently I was in your 15th and Santa Fe branch banking and one of your employees Manisone Hubbard greeted me and informed me of your auto loan promotion. I just want to say how much I appreciate the attention I always receive from her; she is a great ambassador for BOK. I currently have four banking accounts and I just recently moved my auto loan to BOK from MECU, just because Manisone educated me of the benefit by moving the loan. I pray for great things for her, boy she is sharp! most definitely a keeper. Many Thanks Satisfied Customer Mike Richardson Edmond Oklahoma

Was a member 45 year. Simple activity without a lot of demands. However, the four times in all…read morethose years I asked for or needed anything, they were like a brick wall. An example of one I can give on here is to connect my checking to my ample savings to keep from overdraft fees, which they would not do. My son had an account without activity long enough that a letter was sent they would file it to unclaimed property if it did not "become active". It had a period of time to act. They sent it at least 8 days before that stated deadline and so it became a huge pain to go through the state unclaimed property process. The other two examples are worse and I will not address here for personal reasons. Needless to say, I will never bank here. My credit Union has been so much better.
