An example of one I can give on here is to connect my checking to my ample savings to keep from overdraft fees, which they would not do. My son had an account without activity long enough that a letter was sent they would file it to unclaimed property if it did not "become active". It had a period of time to act. They sent it at least 8 days before that stated deadline and so it became a huge pain to go through the state unclaimed property process. The other two examples are worse and I will not address here for personal reasons. Needless to say, I will never bank here. My credit Union has been so much better.

It began with a phone call with 2 supervisors, bank visit, they couldn't help me, sent me back to the Choctaw branch. Josh listened to me, fixed the problem, made the deposit and I was on my way.
