I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my home…read more From my very first conversation with Jesse, I could tell he was a go-getter and a great negotiator. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and confident without ever making me feel pressured. That was a big reason I decided to go with him. Then I met Desiree, and she was just as amazing. She was so sweet, easygoing, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. I got to tour all the homes with her, while Jesse was working behind the scenes, giving us his expert advice, thoughts, and strategy along the way. I felt very safe and trusted them instantly because they really worked for my best interest. And when I say we looked at houses... we LOOKED at houses!! We toured MANY homes in such a short amount of time and they made it happen for me and worked with my schedule to accommodate my time. We submitted offers, backup offers, multiple offers, and went through all the ups and downs that come with trying to find the right home. Then one day... BOOM! The seller accepted our offer! Not only did they help me get the house, but Jesse and Desiree were able to negotiate a huge discount for me, along with credits toward closing costs. That made such a difference, and I'm incredibly grateful for how hard they worked on my behalf. Throughout the entire process, they were supportive, helpful, responsive, and always there whenever I needed something. But honestly, what stood out to me the most was that it never really felt like I was working with real estate agents. It felt like I was working with old friends and family who genuinely cared about helping me get into my home, and now they're friends to me. Much love and respect to them And when we finally got the keys , they even surprised me with some really thoughtful little gifts, and a surprise at home. Such a sweet way to finish an already amazing experience. So, thank you, Des, for being so patient, kind, and easy to work with. And thank you, Jesse, for being such a great negotiator and for always having our back throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything you both did for me, and I'm so happy I chose you guys to help me through one of the biggest purchases of my life. Thank you, Jesse and Desiree! If anyone is looking for a real estate team that will actually be there for you and make you feel like more than just another client, I'd definitely recommend giving them a call!

First, he helped us find and buy our very first townhome, and six years later, he guided us to our dream primary residence. What makes Mike truly exceptional is not just his depth of knowledge in real estate, but also his expertise as a lender. He took the time to ensure we understood every aspect of our loan--not just the numbers, but the strategy behind choosing the right terms for our long-term goals. Beyond that, he helped us think outside the typical inspection process, connecting us with specialists so we had a complete and well-rounded understanding of the home before making such a big decision. Mike is remarkably patient, always available (even for early-morning calls or late-night questions), and his approach is refreshingly thorough and considerate. We just closed on our first house last week, and I feel SO FORTUNATE to have found Maureen!! She is a mastermind of the mortgage lending process! I don't think I've ever met someone who is so hardworking with such high standards. Even better, Maureen upholds the same high standards for every one else involved in the lending process (escrow company, lenders, realtors, etc.) and she is constantly 2 steps ahead and prepared for anything, with a back up plan "just in case" to ensure everything goes through seamlessly. As a first time homebuyer initially unfamiliar with the process, I now know I threw a couple curve balls and Maureen didn't even bat an eye. As if all that wasn't enough, I also had no idea where to start when looking for a good realtor. Maureen suggested a few she has worked with in the past that she thought were really good, and she did not disappoint. I ended up choosing Melissa Tucci as my realtor, who was just as amazing as Maureen, and the two of them working together turned into an unstoppable powerhouse that could move mountains and get a deal done! If you're looking for a mortgage broker who will take care of you like family and go above and beyond, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

From the moment we began our home-buying journey, Maureen showed herself to be an absolute powerhouse--a strong, focused businesswoman who brings unmatched professionalism, compassion, and commitment to everything she does. Maureen isn't just about numbers and paperwork--she's client-centric to her core. Her dedication, responsiveness, and fierce determination made us feel supported every step of the way. When I finally met her in person, I immediately felt her radiant energy and warmth. Her aura and spirit are something truly rare--she's one of the most special, genuine people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thanks to her tireless efforts, we went from placing an offer to holding the keys to our new home in just 18 days. That kind of turnaround is almost unheard of, but Maureen made it happen. We are forever indebted to her for not just helping us close on a house, but for helping us secure our dream. If you're looking for a lender who is not only masterful at what she does but also deeply human in how she does it, look no further. Maureen Martin is a godsend.

Every time I walk through the door, I'm greeted warmly, and that small gesture alone sets the tone for a great experience. This particular small branch is ideal for quick, efficient transactions. It's never overcrowded, and there's always enough staff on hand to assist you promptly--something I truly appreciate in today's fast-paced world. While they don't offer all the services of a larger or full-service branch, they're excellent for basic banking needs like deposits, withdrawals, or account assistance. One thing to note: there are no public restrooms, so keep that in mind if you plan to be there for more than a few minutes. If you need more in-depth banking services or consultations, I'd recommend the La Mesa branch--but for quick in-and-outs with top-notch service, this location is a favorite of mine. Navy Federal continues to make me feel like more than just an account number--they make me feel like a valued member which places great value on this institution for me. Ps they do share a parking lot with Panera Bread and Chase bank so be prepared to look for parking and also parking places are much narrow which gives this place for me. 4 star.

This is for the Navy Federal in Santee not the one on Fletcher Parkway…read more I just couldn't find the one in San If I can rate that branch, I would give it a -50 Hands-down, we've had the worst experience. I have personally ever experienced in a bank and we've been with the Navy Federal Bank for 30 years. My mother is elder Bedford. Her debit card wasn't working. She hasn't drove a vehicle in 20 years. They wanted her to get a identification card, which is fine. That took a week remind you there's no food for her. There's no medicine for her. There's nothing her kids had to figure something out the following week go back into the branch. They literally give this 80 year-old elder so much obstacles just to unlock her debit card and get her money, it was absolutely asinine the disrespect we got from that branch and the people working there was diabolical. Again on her son, and they looked at me like I was literally a criminal who should not be in there when in fact, I'm the one who's been taking care of my mother for the last 20 years I took days off work to go in there to solve this issue so we can get her medicine. They told us basically go get another bank account from another financial institution find 16 different forms of identification, even though the woman told us she knows my mom was the woman but there's policy and that's the problem. Navy Federal's policy basically is elder abuse it needs to change because there's no way an elder woman should be waiting almost 2 weeks to get her money and then go back in to have more obstacles to have to deal with just to identify her even though the branch lady says she knows the woman in front of her is the same woman. Again, I'm going to go as high as I can to complain because these people just shoved us out the door and could care less I highly advise nobody to ever go to that branch or ever deal with Navy Federal again we had to go to another bank to open up another checking account to come back to Navy Federal to prove identity. Absolutely I diabolical the new. Bank looked at it like we were idiots why would they want you to do all of this just to identify an elder that's been with the branch for 28 years are you kidding me. These people are evil and they don't care at all and all they tell you sorry it's policy. It's policy. Hands-down, the worst financial institution on this planet is the branch in Santee Navy Federal.
