The people that work in the morning seem very nice, but most of their late night staff aren't afraid to tell you why they're in a bad mood. Tonight both myself and another customer had to wait for a clerk to finish her nightly lottery paperwork while she yelled across the store to the other clerk. Surprisingly, she wasn't asking for help, but advising her that if she made coffee, the overnight clerk would "flip out and dump it all." I saw on the menu board behind the counter that they have sweet potato fries, and if I'm ever there when they're actually making food I intend to try them.

One manager I spoke to, who was running a conventional register, acted put out that I was complaining about this. I've experienced this now several times so if there is long lines at the conventional registers I will just move on out of the store and shop elsewhere. In fact if there are lines at the conventional checkouts when you arrive, my advice is to turn around and head elsewhere.
