I look for a service button... nothing. Then I walk to the door and the girl is counting her till. After a minute, and she saw me there but ignored me... I knocked and yelled... I was in the middle of pumping gas. Her response... "I didn't see you" :( Really... I'm on video, I know you see a pump running gas to a vehicle. And my pump is probably the easiest to view from the register! That is just sheer ignorance. I asked her what her name was... she said it was AUTUMN. Not sure if this is her name or not... but I have a pic of where my vehicle was and who she is on my phone. I'm not sure who you are hiring at this store, but out of the 40 or 50 times we have been in there... I've got to say, maybe once or twice was actually a mature person working. However, on my way back out, it's like people lost their minds. It was almost a demolition derby in the parking lot. DANGER! I wish that I lived in Ohio sometimes, but only sometimes. It's a different world, and it's only about a hour from where I live now. Being able to buy alcohol at the gas station is still baffling to me (come on PA, get with it already). And the gas prices are way cheaper. Other than that, nothing was that spectacular of this place to remember. Good to know that I can get me some Sheetz across the border.

Obviously it's a gas station & it also have a car wash. Food is touch screen ordered & ready fairly quickly. But check your bag because they sometimes forget stuff. I had to go back on for my Tots, but then they gave me a large instead of a medium & free Buffalo dipping sauce. They do have new veggie options. I had a spicy Buffalo cauliflower wrap & tots. I ended up seeing the familiar sign from the road and knew I would be put at ease here. It's bit of a trick to get in here because it sits up off the main road and at a pretty weird intersection. Once you are in the lot, however, there is plenty of parking. Inside it is a nicely set up store and kind of has an easy flow. The facilities were decent, that is the one stall that was working. It was a bit awkward, I walked in and noticed the one was not working and in typical fashion has a plastic garbage bag over it. I had a choice, stay in here and wait for whomever was in there to finish, or do the bathroom dance outside until I saw them come out. Not the best thing when you really need to go. The line at the register seems to move a bit slower than I thought it would. Even though there were three people running the registers, there was no indication as to where you needed to go. The associates behind the registers weren't much help either. In hushed tones they tried to talk to you but you can't hear them over all the other noise in here.

When I saw a service plaza coming up I decided this was my best bet in order to keep going without multiple stops. Once over the state line into Ohio prices for gas drop quite a bit and is a nice relief for the pocketbook. This Sunoco is part of a larger thing here, but nonetheless does add to the convenience of the overall plaza. Plenty of pumps so you can just pull right up and do your thing. Inside is a convenience store setup to accompany the gas station portion. The convenience store part opens up to the rest of the plaza as well. A reminder, if you are done pumping your gas and plan on going inside, move your vehicle to a nearby parking spot. That way you aren't 'that guy' when it comes to other people needing to get in for gas.
