And the time my friend thought she was pregnant, and my ex and best friend said they'd go in and buy the pee test for her. When they were at the register, the cashier looks my ex in the eyes and says, "Don't worry, sweetheart...It'll be alright." My best friend, only 15 at the time, was pretty mortified :) But the greatest Giant Eagle Moment of All Time: A Vietnam Vet, dressed in complete fatigues and ass kickin' boots, was attempting to pay with a bad check. The cashier said she couldn't accept it. We were behind him in line. He starts going off on the cashier: Vet: "Do you know who the hell I am?!? I'm a fucking veteran of the US Army! You should give me this shit for free!!!" Cashier: "I'm sorry, sir, but this check isn't valid. I can't accept it." Vet: "That is the biggest crock of hooey I've ever heard!"
