So I went back to the office and they moved me to an interior unit and told me not to worry about the $10 difference in the price, they would take care of it. Within 3 days of paying for the first month at the price I was given I started receiving emails stating that not only did I owe the $10 difference, but a $20 late fee. I went into the office 3 times to ask them to fix the account and remove their lock from my unit only to receive more emails and a notice of lien in the mail.
