My son just recently was let go from Elwood Staffing while he was working at JCrew . Not only did…read morethe supervisor tell him to "clock out & never Fuc**** come back " he also made racial comments like "I'm not sure why they hire your kind of people" ... please pay in mind my 18 year old son has never worked at this type of place before & he literally just started , so obviously he's still learning . The night he was let go he had 5 boxes to do & in each box there was 140 items to fill he had already fulfilled 4 boxes and 112 of the fifth box which left him with 28 to do & he had four & a half hours left of work to finish it & this racist supervisor kept telling him he was to slow ! How please explain this ?? This supervisor even told another supervisor loudly in front of other people working their that my son must be "slow in the head" ! Well guess what he has ADHD & that is discrimination . So not only did this Elwood Staffing supervisor racially profile my son he also discriminated against his disability! To everyone out there DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! Wrong is wrong & no one has the right to treat others with such disrespect! This is a Very unhealthy & unprofessional work environment ! I have also read some other reviews & it looks like its not just my son that they have been racist to , their are several others . I have also spoke to people that worked with my son & they all said he was a great worker & that the supervisor was out of hand ! Shame on you Elwood Staffing !!!!!! If I could have given you 0 stars I sure would have !
