Be prepared for them to screw you over in court no matter how nice they are to your face. Government agencies stick together and lie for each other. They talk down to people as if they are mentally retarded and/or a child, presenting themselves as smart. I am very well educated and far from stupid. I knew the laws and Legal Aid did not. I would expect a lawyer to know the laws, the same as anyone else would expect. Record all meetings, phone calls etc. in case you do get an opportunity to prove your case.
