All of the vegetable tasted fresh with just the right amount of meat and cheese mixed in. The Wise Guys dressing was the star of the show though. This dressing has such a nice balance of flavor, but also that zip that salads need. The garlic knots were also so delicious too! The knots themselves were crispy yet fluffy... and they had a generous heaping of butter and garlic atop them. The mozzarella moons and meatballs were good but not special like the other two. I got the sausage riggies for my main course... and it was so good. First off, they give you an absolute heaping portion. I have had some good riggies in the past, but I think this may have been my favorite. The sauce was a great blend of creamy with spice from the hot cherry peppers.
