Aside from this instance I have banked with Bank of the Sierra for years and having customer support call me and actually take time to apologize has helped my overall experience. The customer service is not great, they do not seem to know what they are doing they tell you something is resolved when it is not. The teller kept my bank card and did not notify me after that they froze my card and I went back and forth with them until I had no choice but to get a new card. The supervisors in the chat option are of no help and tell you to call the bank then why have the chat option in the first place Sofia???? They told one of my associates that we need to come in before 4pm to do any banking transactions. With EECU, I am able to make check and cash deposits directly into my OC credit union account and the funds are available immediately. This branch is centrally located and easy to access.
