My general contractor was going to do the tile but we fell behind schedule and Troy was brought in to catch the project up. He did in 8 days what would have taken my other two guys three weeks. The lines are perfect, everything was waterproofed. He even recommend grout colors that looked so much better than what I choose in the tile store. He was prompt, professional, and pleasant to have in our home. We have glass tile of varying colors and he took the time to match the patterns so they would flow elegantly through-out the space. He worked quickly but with great detail and got our job done in one day. But came back a couple of days later with a sealant he recommended and applied it for us at no additional charge. He's a true craftsman. His work is absolutely beautiful and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Troy!

We had a very tight budget and the final costs from Sal cam in just under his original estimate. We could not have asked for more. We are a family of four who lived in the house while it was under construction and the great crew were very professional and conscientious. We had several design changes and unforeseen rot not found until we opened up a wall. Sal and his team came up with quick and solid solutions, keeping our tight budget in mind. Thanks Sal!

The best decision we made was selecting Versaggi Construction. We visited and spoke with referral clients that spoke highly of Sal's integrity, especially when those challenging moments (and you will have them in any project) arise. Sal was always open, honest and willing to resolve the issues even though they may not have been directly his teams fault. He stepped up and we worked through it, together. From past experiences, we struggled with other contractors that did not have these characteristics causing lots of frustrations, budget issues and even worse bad decisions you ended up living with. Our project was completed on time and on budget, even with all the challenges. We have been living in the house for over a year and still call Sal with questions, or when the kids break something like a ball through garage window, and Sal responds immediately. The best way to summarize our experience with Versaggi is, there is not a day that goes by my wife and I don't say "we love our house" Thank you Sal and John, our project manager, for leading us through a challenging project and making this a great experience. Your care to detail, always being a step ahead of potential issues, and recommending ways to enhance the home that we did not think about was very much appreciated. We look forward to doing it again when we find that property in Sonoma for our second home!

We were determined to restore some of the homes 1930 charm and characteristics. Most important, to us, was the restoration of the homes old Douglas Fur floors. To complicate the project we need to install about 500 square feet of new Fur and make it match to the beautiful distressed old floors. We interviewed five different flooring companies until we meet Peter Gomez, the owner of New Image. Peter, gave us a fair quote, but most importantly we could tell Peter had an real craftsman attitude and ability. He is more than passionate about floor. Peter delivered more than what we agreed upon. The restored and added flooring are exactly what we hoped for. We actually kept him on for more work. My wife and I joke that we are a couple of city slickers moving to the country. In many cases we've been had by tradesman claiming to be the best. It is a crap shoot. But, with Peter and New Image, we couldn't be happier. Thus, we highly recommend this skilled flooring professional.
