I waited for another Tow Company, which I wouldn't dare mention their name, for about 3 1/2 hours only After calling every hour on the hour, finding out they weren't coming at all. AnyWho, ONE call to this company and they gave me an ETA of 30 minutes and they were there in 28. The customer service was great, very accommodating, huge truck, which let me sit in the back very comfortably. They got me to my destination and "thanked me for my business " before I could "thank them for their service..."
