She transports…read moreto only no kill shelter and makes sure every animal gets spayed/neutered since she wants to make sure all animals are taken care of. My boyfriend and I recently adopted a small dog from here. Elly was a delight to deal with and we're super happy with our new addition. Be prepared to fill out a long application if you want to go through this agency, but it's well worth it. I mean we were more than happy to drive to Yakima and back (from Seattle) for our ne little puppy. The adoption "donation" is super reasonable and the dogs all seem to be happy and well cared for! If you're looking for a new addition to your family, this just might be the place for you.

She has been the most sensitive, smart, cooperative dog I have ever experienced--a joy of a dog. She is apparently--according to DNAmydog--part Australian shepherd, Australian cattle dog, and poodle. But I also believe she has a bit of lab, or St. John's dog, or Newfie in her. I cannot begin to find the words to say how much she was loved. We had to euthanize her yesterday, Sept. 10, 2021. I cannot find the words with which to thank Barks R Us, or at least not the right words, because there are no words to convey my gratitude, not completely. She changed my life--and nothing can ever be quite the same again, now that I've lost her. Thank you for bringing her to me.

My kitty had horrible dental issues, this vet clinic coached me through all my options and were very helpful with listing all the pros and cons to doing the dental surgery. My little Luna Bella (11 years old now) is thriving and it was probably the decision that saved her life and added a few extra years for her. The techs and doctors always answer my random questions and they are great with payment options and the reminders! I love that this vet calls to remind of upcoming appointments and specify which animal is having the appointment. Thank you Animal Medical Center! Me and my kitties would be so lost without you.

They sell you things you don't need at extraordinary prices like a deworming pill for $55.17 for 2 pills PER animal when the dog did not need it and didn't tell me how much it was until I was leaving. These people will not give you a prescription to somewhere else without a $25 fee! I will NEVER be going back there and will tell EVERYONE I know to stay away from these money grubbing people.

I think the only animal food they don't stock is fish and reptile. I went there for Rabbit food. Owning a Flemish Giant who eats a lot I like the selection for Rabbits. My card was charged immediately and then two hours later I got a text stating my order was canceled, there was no call, no reason just canceled. So I call the number I found and asked about the cancelation, the lady was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor by even talking to me, i asked about the cancelation and she stated the product was not available at the local store. I informed her I knew this but the website said I could order it online and have it shipped and if it was unavailable from another store or warehouse. She said she didn't know it was unavailable at the store locally so they canceled and she hung up. ON an up note, amazon had the product and is shipping to me for no delivery charge (tractor supply charged $6.99). I tried to keep my money local and buy from a local store, however, if they completely lack any customer service people will continue to move to bigger online stores. Too bad all it would have taken was her being decent.
