Get a call from the representative the following day, giving out more private information, then after a hold told I was not approved (well, they didn't say that but it was the implied answer-if you pay off your collateral (which is what they wanted) with the loan, there would be no money left over. Considering what I owed on collateral and the loan amount, there would have been 11k left over but who would expect a financial agency to know how to do the math.

I've even spoken to the corporate office who were going to address some of the issues and let me pay off the loan sooner but when they saw it originated at this branch there was no longer anything they could do. Clearly their practices are not even in line with the corporate practices. They also refuse to speak on a recorded line or answer questions via email where their responses can be recorded. That practice alone should deter you from taking a loan with this business. If they were above board they would have nothing to hide. To top it all off I owe less than one payment left on my loan and now even though it's listed on no statement anywhere they are telling me I need to pay an additional $1000 in interest due to a one time $105 NSF fee from years ago. $1000! Which has not been documented anywhere and now they are pulling out of a hat to try to squeeze even more money from me. This place is an absolute predatory scam business. Call the corporate office and go through their online loan company if you really want to do business with one main but DO NOT use this branch.
