To the point where my fingers were red from being burned while I pulled my clothes out. It was awesome! The dryer dried a whole giant load of doggy blankets in 20 minutes! I wish it was like that everywhere! Would definitely come back again if I ever pass through here again.

We just happened to be in Culpeper and had it in the trunk of the car. Just out of curiosity we stopped in the Mat and met a very friendly lady that explained some of our options. We had other things to do and could not stand around watching the Topper go round in circles. Pam stated that we could leave it there and she could do it for us while we were doing other tasks. We opted for that deal, it was a very reasonable price too. So we took it in and explained there were a few stains on it and hoped she could get them out. We said do your best and left. When we returned and looked at it, we were amazed. It looked brand new and amazingly white. We were not expecting it to come so clean. This lady deserves a reward/award for excellence.  We were totally blown away when we saw it. MANY MANY THANKS to Pam B. This was a 5 Start experience

I've been coming here at different times of the day and by far the least busy is earlier in the day...although it's fine if you can only do your laundry in the evenings...everyone is friendly and pretty chill here regardless of the time of day or how busy it is....it has always been clean and tidy when I've been here and the staff work hard to keep it that way...I would recommend using a credit card to purchase your time as the only drawback is that I have lost one dollar in the card machine when I used cash.... The washes are a good value for the small machines at $2.99 per wash. The dry is only 25 cents for 8 minutes for the small machines. You add time by just taking your card off of the ledge that holds the card and placing it back on..it automatically adds another 8 minutes...

Never had a experience like this. I drive 30 minutes to use this facility because it's clean and has suitable machines for heavy linens. I beleive I'll be looking elsewhere to use a facility that fits my needs...
