Only downer was that there was no paper towels in the bathroom to dry your hands. Plenty of parking. The greatest selling point was those super hot dryers! So, so hot! Just want to give a great mention about Pam B. in the Culpeper establishment…read more My wife and I have a queen mattress topper and needed it needed to be cleaned. We just happened to be in Culpeper and had it in the trunk of the car. Just out of curiosity we stopped in the Mat and met a very friendly lady that explained some of our options. We had other things to do and could not stand around watching the Topper go round in circles. Pam stated that we could leave it there and she could do it for us while we were doing other tasks. We opted for that deal, it was a very reasonable price too. So we took it in and explained there were a few stains on it and hoped she could get them out. We said do your best and left. When we returned and looked at it, we were amazed. It looked brand new and amazingly white. We were not expecting it to come so clean. This lady deserves a reward/award for excellence.  We were totally blown away when we saw it. MANY MANY THANKS to Pam B. This was a 5 Start experience
