It was tender and fairly juicy (although that could've been because it was served in a bed of au jus). Not even the edges of the prime rib had any seasoning, it's like someone cooked it in a bag. I had to add table salt. Lobster was oddly lukewarm. Overall I think this would be a great place to have soup and salad in Lincoln, but the prime rib was forgettable.
