There were t-shirts on sale for $10 each, no matter the sleeve length. This made my morning, as I spotted some Studio Ghibli tees (Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro...) and totally copped 2 of them. My boyfriend found a super soft t-shirt of Pusheen Cat nomming on a pizza, which I thought was the cutest thing evar. Ugh. Great pick-up. Initially, we were hunting for the game, Cards Against Humanity, and found the off-label kind called Crabs Adjust Humidity LOL. It turned out to be even more risque than the original haha. Great family time though. :P Overall, I'm quite impressed about the collection at this unaware HT location. If you're in the Harlingen area, and you want some fun things to pass the tine with, check it out.

I was in line with about 5 people in front of me and several behind me. There were 3 registers open and all 3 had long lines. (I guess this was an excellent sale day). Anyway there was a customer cross in front of me separating the line. A few minutes later, she came back and announced "I am going to take the spot here(in front of me) because this is all I have". ( she had 2 hand baskets full). I tried to explain to her where the back of the line was. She turned her head and ignored me. Several others also tried to tell her, but without results. Another customer went to the cashier to complain but he did nothing. A couple minutes later I went up to ask for the manager. I was told he was the manager. I explained the situation. His remark was that he could not stop ringing to take care of the problem. I remarked "ok, but you can address the situation when she gets up to the register". When I returned to my spot in line, the intrusive customer told me that I was about to be evicted from the store because of making a scene. I remarked that "we shall see. When she got to the register, I pointed her out to the so called manager I had spoken to. She told him an outrageous lie that I had threatened her. (none of us had said anything about harming her. Just said she should go to the back of the line. The manager politely proceeded to check her out without any comments whatsoever. Because of this manager's lack of caring I will never go back to this location, even though the Lincoln Ave location is the closest location to my home. But there are just too many other Dollar Tree locations and other types of Dollar stores to choose from.

Customer service regarding the telephone is horrible. They take at least 4-5 minutes to even answer the phone then they transfer you to the department where no one answers the phone. I sat on hold over 10 minutes and finally gave up. I ordered groceries for pickup and wanted to make a request. Never going to happen. Going back to H-E-B.
