I was told I would get a refund and it could take up to eight weeks and it has been almost 12 weeks and no refund. I have called a few times and sent a letter with a self addressed envelope and still no refund. I guess I can call Carnival Cruise lines and complain or take them to small claims court. Very disappointed.

She also made super fun excursion / destination recommendations! Would highly recommend her.
