This company is small time cruise company that does not do any online sales. You have to come in or deal by phone or mail. I booked a cruise and made payments and later decided I did not want to go. I cancelled several months before the cruise. I was told I would get a refund and it could take up to eight weeks and it has been almost 12 weeks and no refund. I have called a few times and sent a letter with a self addressed envelope and still no refund. I guess I can call Carnival Cruise lines and complain or take them to small claims court. Very disappointed. read more

He was always responsive, consistent, professional and provided excellent customer service. He provided insurance, price matching and was available when needed. I am now a Getaway Travel Group family member for life. He assured my recent trip to Aruba was amazing and took care of our needs every step of the way. My best friend referred him after he helped with her honeymoon. She is very particular so the fact that she was completely satisfied and referred him was good enough me. The communication is one sided and horrible. Emails go unanswered and acknowledged. The trip was canceled two months ago and l have yet to get my refund. The agent we worked with never took the initiative to reach out once it was canceled. We was told it would be 21 business day to a refund. That day has come and gone and still no refund! When my sister reached out to her to see why it was taking so long she was told the vendor does not know which card to give the refund. How is that possiblle and why didn't anybody reach out to us to let us know this information? Had my sister not called she would have never known there was. So much for taking initiative and giving good customer service. I will never use or recommend this agency!!!!!
