The red sauce in the chicharron taco was spicy, the way we like it. An A for this taco. On the other hand the huavo de la Mexicana taco was a dud. The eggs had been sitting in the stream table too long and became hard. No amount of salsa could repair it, a D for this taco. The foods at this particular Stipes were not as good as the other one we had tried. But the service was muy bueno.
