I brought my 2022 taxes in on April 20/23, and let them know that I think I will be paying this…read moreyear, so I wanted to be early. No one called me to come back in to file, so I called repeatedly and left messages to ask when I need to come back in to sign. ZERO response!! Finally got so upset and went in on August 15/23. They did my taxes that day, and noted that I needed to pay a "Late File" fee of about $300.00!!! I complained, but all they said was "Sorry". And then the charged me about $200.00 to file. Again, I complained. I think they should have at least eaten that cost for the poor service. Nope. "Sorry" The WORST service I have ever had from them, and I have brought other people in to H&R. Will never use them again for my personal taxes.
