Three times the wrong form was sent, CRA now adding interest charges and withholding all tax rebates until this issue is resolved. The effort made by the staff member to resolve this situation was minimal,.. blame being laid on CRA when in fact the tax return was not completed with the required forms. We are now heading into another tax return and this situation has not yet been resolved. I have hired a new accountant who dove deeper into the issues, contacted CRA himself, and managed to re-send the whole return, this time with the appropriate documents. Having written the owner to voice my complaint,...with no result, no response...I am posting this negative review to forewarn others of the shoddy service provided by Complete Tax and Business Services.
