Julie took amazing care of me; before my appointment started she communicated everything she was planning on doing, and gave me amazing advice on the state of my hair. Finally a hair professional who actually listens to what I wanted and still let me know what would work and what didn't - I've had previous hair stylists in the past who just nodded and said yes when they shouldn't have (my hair felt like actual grass ) and I'm thankful there's people like Julie who will just tell you straight Listen to the hair professionals people! She also expertly gave me long layers and understood my hair more than anyone I've seen. I was so comfortable in her studio, and speaking with her was like speaking to an old friend. :) Julie (and she absolutely deserves it) now has a returning client with me. I was able to get an appointment today after calling yesterday. I have been looking for someone…read morewho cuts Asian hair (mine is thin and straight). Ashton seated me right away. I showed him a picture of the hairstyle I wanted. I am somewhat satisfied with the result but did note a few things: -he cut my hair dry which was ok but the shears pulled on my hair at times -the end result was nice except it looks just a tad uneven in length - I noted that he didn't do what my former hairdresser does - which is pull the hair down in front to see if they are even. Nevertheless, I do like the result overall and may come back for another haircut, and will ask him to even out the front.

Made an appointment the next day to come get it cut even but it was a waste to drive all the way back and I didn't even get a refund.
