All of the booking seemed easy (once I stopped emailing since I wasn't getting return responses) and I was so happy when I got an email confirming the time, signed "Professional Cleaning Services" The day before the cleaning I called and left a voicemail asking if they prefer cash as method of payment and didn't get a call back. The next day, 15 minutes after the cleaning was suppose to start, I called to get an ETA since I had scheduled my entire day around this. Finally I got a call back stating the company does not take appointments online - take a look at their website though, the "BOOK NOW" button is the first thing you see.
