I chipped my tooth a while back and they filled it and it fell out in a week and was painful. I went back recently and they noticed the filling gone. I told them my tooth is fine and it doesnt need anything done, yet the dentist insisted it get filled again. They scheduled me for over 2 months from now. They told me it needs filled because decay and over stuff can get in it. So youre telling me decay cant get into it in the couple months youre making me wait? Unbelievable. Im waiting 2 months just to have something on my tooth protecting it for a week. There is absolutely no point. I also want to point out the hygenist here. Nobody has ever gotten on my nerves as much as she does. She flosses so rough as well that i feel them bleeding and they turn different colors. This place sucks. Overall, my point is dont go here!

I was getting Invisalign through her office that wasn't covered by insurance, so I didn't care. But while I was already there monthly, thought I'd get my routine cleaning. She said I had 20 cavities, because they shined a light on my teeth and apparently it was a special light that could see where cavities were forming. I'd had one cavity ever in 32 years. So I planned to go back to my regular dentist for a second opinion. When I went back to her office for my next Invisalign, they put me in a chair and proceeded to try to "treat" my cavities. I said, you don't take my insurance, I'm here for Invisalign but was startled they tried to do that when I clearly told them I wasn't interested. By the way... 12 years later, still no cavities. My actual dentist laughed at the fact she said I had cavities. She also berated at least 2 staff members and embarrassed them in front of me to the point I felt ashamed for not stepping in and standing up for them. I couldn't wait to be done with my therapy just to never go back because Dr Palermo's care was so cringy.

I went to this place because of all of the good ratings, last year (2025). I had no insurance, so…read moreI had to pay it all up front, right there. I had called to see if I could get a tooth filled and they said, "Sure, come on in." I go in, they take several x-rays, some not on the side of the tooth to be filled. An older man comes in and starts telling me about how he doesn't want to fill the tooth until the neighboring ones can be cleaned/examined. I told him that they said on the phone that they could fill it. He goes on to tell me that two teeth need to be removed or they could become abcessed. Then he recommends me to some of his buddies that could do the extraction because they don't do that there. I smelled a rat. I leave with no filling in my tooth. I was charged for, "several x-rays and an intermediate exam" to the tune of $170!!! I could have stayed home, gotten nothing done to my tooth, and saved $170. Those two teeth that I was advised to get pulled? They're still in my mouth and healthy. I'm always leery of places that have all or nearly all five star-ratings. I wished that I would have listened to my gut. I'm trying to find another dentist that doesn't want to destroy my mouth for profit.
