First, I want to say that his work is top-notch. I've had a cap he did for almost 40 years, and it…read morestill looks great. Other dentists have remarked how beautiful the tooth looks. However, I am disappointed with the attitude of his staff and maybe him. They (in the past) were supercilious making for tense interactions. When I tried to voice some concerns about my dental health, they were patronizing, but to be honest, this was a few decades ago (I've had a different dentist for several years now). However, my relative was starting cancer treatments and asked for a cleaning before they began. They staff/doctor) told her they would not do it because she was going through treatments. She told them that her oncologist highly recommended she get a cleaning before the treatments began. She tried to tell the staff this, but they would not listen to her. They became very argumentative with her. Not even two weeks later, she received a letter stating they were dropping her as a patient, and this occurred in 2021. My relative had been a patient there since the 1980s, by the way. Very frustrating!

Mike is a cheerful liar. He read my xrays backwards when ordering my partial and then changed my…read moreextraction plan behind my back without my consent. Now Im stuck with two teeth that were supposed to be removed and a partial that gives me a total of 8 teeth on one side and 6 on the other. A freshman at a tech school could put more expertise into this, Mike is a loser and should have never been a dentist. A real crook!

For a friend; he had to legit miss three appointments, which isn't good. I agree. But one of them…read morehe was in the hospital (and can prove it), the other two he called before the appointment time and canceled. But they don't care. So they ghost him, completely. Won't take or return his calls. He goes into the office and when his name comes up on the sign-in sheet .... they cross it off and slam the window closed. Never even talking to him. No one deserves treatment like that, NO ONE! What are we animals? Meanwhile his dentures are already done! He can't pick them up. That's just wrong. Now he's got pain, some kind of blistering and can hardly eat solid food ... all caused by the temp dentures and no one to look at it. What happened to DO NO HARM? Y'all need to make this right.

Very caring , loved the bed side manners from both Rick and Dr Bugatti. Made me feel very…read morecomfortable and at ease. I had to get a molar pulled and they explained everything to me very clearly and delicately. You can tell they take their jobs seriously there, they put the patients before themselves. from the second, I walked in. I felt I can't say enough about Rick and B even when they numbing medication, they never left the room. They sat there and talked to me keeping me calm. When it actually came down to the extract the Dr, and Rick, , were so professional and handled it perfectly and everything went so smoothly keeping me again at ease. I go to Dr. Hammerlee, but after today's experience at Summit Dental, I really might switch to them. I don't get the same treatment at Hammerly Dental that I did today at Summit Dental. Bedside manners, goes a long way and sometimes that comes before everything. Thank you guys so much for today, I seriously mean that from the bottom of my heart. 5 star service all day!!

I went to this place because of all of the good ratings, last year (2025). I had no insurance, so…read moreI had to pay it all up front, right there. I had called to see if I could get a tooth filled and they said, "Sure, come on in." I go in, they take several x-rays, some not on the side of the tooth to be filled. An older man comes in and starts telling me about how he doesn't want to fill the tooth until the neighboring ones can be cleaned/examined. I told him that they said on the phone that they could fill it. He goes on to tell me that two teeth need to be removed or they could become abcessed. Then he recommends me to some of his buddies that could do the extraction because they don't do that there. I smelled a rat. I leave with no filling in my tooth. I was charged for, "several x-rays and an intermediate exam" to the tune of $170!!! I could have stayed home, gotten nothing done to my tooth, and saved $170. Those two teeth that I was advised to get pulled? They're still in my mouth and healthy. I'm always leery of places that have all or nearly all five star-ratings. I wished that I would have listened to my gut. I'm trying to find another dentist that doesn't want to destroy my mouth for profit.

I made an appt with Dr Chris DeMarco who assured me he could get it back to normal. A couple months later and a few minor procedures and it's back to good, total faith in this guy
