Not only were their ratings already so much better than the competition, but their pricing was too. Miles Booth and Adrian Parra took all the pressure of dealing with court onto them selves and remained personally available for questions and concerns. And this office is now on my speed dial and i will be using them (if needed) in the future.

Absolutely the Best Defense Attorney You Could Ask For!…read more I can't put into words how grateful I am for David Givot. I was facing a serious felony battery charge that dragged on for nearly two years. It was one of the most stressful and terrifying times of my life. From the very beginning, David was honest, thorough, and fiercely dedicated to my case. He never treated me like "just another client" -- he truly cared about the outcome and fought for me every single step of the way. He explained every detail so I always knew what was happening, and he gave me the confidence to keep going when I felt like giving up. Because of his skill, persistence, and deep knowledge of the law, he was able to get my felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor. This outcome changed my life. I finally feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, and I can move forward with my future. If you're in trouble and your freedom or reputation is on the line, you NEED David Givot in your corner. He's a brilliant attorney, a fearless advocate, and a genuinely good human being. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you, David -- you gave me my life back.

LET THIS SINK IN ... IF YOU HIRE DAVID GIVEUP, WHAT YOU GET IS ASHLEY HIS "secretary"…read more "CASE HARVESTERS" ARE WHAT THEY ARE. They have multiple offices to harvest cases from long beach to the Indio desert. DAVID WILL CONVINCE YOU HE CAN HANDLE YOUR CASE, EVEN THOUGH HE ISN'T CAPABLE. He lost my case representing me! David has Little to no knowledge about law, and how the courts work, and will argue with you for no reason on everything. Once you hire him it's his show not yours. DAVID GIVEUP CON'd me into paying him to compose a very important letter for $1,500. What happened??! he never sent the letter! He could NOT provide me with any proof it was sent! And the result: I was issued a warrant for my arrest, arrested, and falsely charged. DAVID GIVEUP is corrupt and works with the police departments. HE DIDN'T ASK QUESTIONS HE SHOULD HAVE TO THE OFFICER ON THE STAND, INSTEAD DAVID GAVE UP. After these morons were done screwing up everything...MY PUBLIC DEFENDER DID SUCH A BETTER JOB ON MY CASE!!! In conclusion, the long beach court employees, D.A. And judges don't like David Give up and his Secretary Ashley, If I knew this from the start I would've looked elsewhere. Be Warned, a public defender will get more respect and do more work for you, than "The Legal Guardian" ever will! I learned a lesson hiring these idiots...hopefully I can prevent someone else's case from going down the rabbit hole.

I cannot recommend Andrew Tanner enough! I had never dealt with court or anything legal before, so…read moreI was extremely nervous and honestly wanted to give up immediately. From the very first free consultation, he gave me so much information, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and reassured me every step of the way. What stood out to me most was how organized, concise, punctual, and composed he was. I was shopping around for an attorney at the time, and I was actually referred to Tanner Law Firm by other firms that either didn't practice in the case I was seeking counsel for or lawyers that were not available. The moment I spoke with him and saw how much time and care he gave me while walking me through the entire process, I knew I wanted to hire him. I retained him about an hour after our initial consultation, and it ended up being a great decision. Throughout everything, he made me feel informed, prepared, and supported during an incredibly stressful situation - which ended up in a win for us! I'm very grateful for his professionalism, responsiveness, and guidance. I'd also like to give appreciation to Laurie Luna for her help. She is kind, responsive and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better crew to assist me. Trust his advice, do as he says. You're in good hands!

First, I will be upfront and tell you that for a Criminal case, Andrew may very well be excellent…read more My experience with him was good for a Family Law case, but unfortunately, his office staff is terrible, they don't give you financial statements, and he was so busy doing Criminal stuff that he hired a lawyer named Heath Baker to take over my case - a BIG mistake. Mr. Baker claims to be a 'Trust Expert' when, in fact, he is not. They literally filed a motion to dismiss themselves as my lawyer without sending me notice - talk about being blind-sided. Listen, if you need criminal stuff, I believe Andrew Tanner may be brilliant. But if you need Family Law, do NOT hire this firm. Andrew hired a person that is not good, doesn't show respect, calls you on a burner-phone (with one too many knocked down the pipes...), and agrees with you in writing (through email) and then goes against his writings and files motions without your knowledge. It would be good for Andrew to get rid of his office staff, get rid of other attorney's that make his firm look bad, and stay focused on Criminal Law. Only good things can be said of Andrew by other lawyers. But Mr. Baker is a ZERO and you should not engage their services. But besides that, everything was most excellent!! :)

Her father is still involved in the background, I believe. This case is the first time I have worked with Jessica in person. I was facing prison time and I came away with probation. Not only did she work magic in the courtroom, she is highly professional, personable and compassionate in the office. This is not one of those law firms where you have to get past a receptionist. Or a law firm that delegates cases to associates. Jessica takes full ownership of your case and she's the only person you'll ever have to talk to. I can't recommend her highly enough.
