Their staff is amazing and very responsive over email and even more so in person. I cannot recommend this lab enough. They also have film in house if you want to pick up a few rolls. They were also understanding and patient when I had trouble with my credit card. After my film was developed and it was discovered that the roll had been almost completely burnt, Alona went above and beyond to refund my scanning fee and ensure my satisfaction with their services, even after I had left the country. I'm glad I trusted them with my business and can't recommend enough. I hope to be back if I'm lucky enough to return to Valencia.
