OK. I'm going a job in Spain. Track photography and my lens starts acting up. After 5 days of…read moremissing some shots and being on the road, I decide enough is enough. I found this place on YELP (Thank you Yelp) and walked over from my hotel with the camera. The gentleman behind the counter had an assistant come over to translate for him. I explained the symptoms and showed him the error message. He took the lens apart and showed me the damaged part so I could have it repaired when I got home. He then found me an exact lens with same range and aperture as the one I was using. They also quickly filled out the IVA/VAT tax forms for me so I could get some reimbursement before leaving Spain. What phenomenal service! If only everyplace I ran into during my stay in Spain had such excellent people and service. I wish I could have afforded more when I was there. Thank you again for saving me and my camera.

Family traveling in Europe. Camera fell off of suitcase and lens just broke off. Did some…read moreresearch online and found Fotopro in Valencia. Excellent staff with incredible willingness to help...even asked another customer to help translate for us. They helped us replace the lens (they had the exact same one in stock) and we left to complete our vacation - albeit with one lens in two pieces and a brand new lens that works GREAT!
