I found this place on YELP (Thank you Yelp) and walked over from my hotel with the camera. The gentleman behind the counter had an assistant come over to translate for him. I explained the symptoms and showed him the error message. He took the lens apart and showed me the damaged part so I could have it repaired when I got home. He then found me an exact lens with same range and aperture as the one I was using. They also quickly filled out the IVA/VAT tax forms for me so I could get some reimbursement before leaving Spain. What phenomenal service! If only everyplace I ran into during my stay in Spain had such excellent people and service. I wish I could have afforded more when I was there. Thank you again for saving me and my camera.

Excellent staff with incredible willingness to help...even asked another customer to help translate for us. They helped us replace the lens (they had the exact same one in stock) and we left to complete our vacation - albeit with one lens in two pieces and a brand new lens that works GREAT!

Their staff is amazing and very responsive over email and even more so in person. I cannot recommend this lab enough. They also have film in house if you want to pick up a few rolls. Love these wizards.

They were also understanding and patient when I had trouble with my credit card. After my film was developed and it was discovered that the roll had been almost completely burnt, Alona went above and beyond to refund my scanning fee and ensure my satisfaction with their services, even after I had left the country. I'm glad I trusted them with my business and can't recommend enough. I hope to be back if I'm lucky enough to return to Valencia.
