Their staff consistently showed a lack of professionalism, rude and arrogant attitudes. Customer service was unresponsive and ineffective. Once you enter into a contract, you have little recourse. The company prioritizes collecting fees while failing to provide even the most basic services a business depends on. Regus does not support business growth. Instead, they create unnecessary risks, harm your company reputation by being incompetent, and disrupt operations. For any business that values stability and professionalism, this is not a safe option.
