One of them followed me into my office early in the morning, frightening both me and my client. Additionally, someone from management entered tenants' rooms uninvited, and my coworker even had to submit a police report because of this behavior. After talking with other coworkers, I learned that similar incidents happened to them as well. Management stated these people "work there," yet could not explain why tenants are being followed or rooms visited. This environment is completely unprofessional and unsafe.
Unexpected rent increases and unclear charges: When I first rented the office, I was told that only one deposit was required. After three months, I discovered that two retainers had been charged, with no explanation. I paid $570 for four months, and then unexpectedly received an email stating my rent would increase to $1,225, which is completely unreasonable given the condition of the office.
Poor building condition: The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. You can hear conversations from other offices, which is very disturbing. During rainy days, water leaks from the ceiling.
For the price they are charging, I have found much larger, newer, and far more professional offices elsewhere. I will never rent here again and strongly advise others to avoid this building entirely.
