Dr. Zapantis and his entire team are truly amazing. From day one, I have felt welcomed, supported,…read moreand genuinely cared for. After experiences with larger fertility clinics where I felt like just a number, this office has been completely different -- here, you are treated like a human being. For the first time in this journey, I actually feel happy instead of stressed. Everything has been so smooth, organized, and seamless, which has made such an emotional process feel manageable and even hopeful. What truly sets this practice apart is that Dr. Zapantis personally performs all procedures himself. He takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and even draws diagrams to ensure you fully understand your treatment plan. He creates individualized plans for each patient and works closely with you and your spouse to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident. He has also been incredibly flexible and accommodating with my husband's work schedule, which has meant so much to us. Because this is a smaller practice, nothing feels cookie-cutter or like a one-size-fits-all approach. Every treatment plan is truly personalized, and you can feel how much thought and care goes into every decision. Everyone here goes above and beyond -- you never have to worry about being left waiting for a phone call or email. Communication is prompt, clear, and reassuring, which makes such a difference during a process that can otherwise feel overwhelming. Priscilla is always quick to respond and so helpful. Joyce is consistently kind and welcoming every time we walk through the door. Sandra patiently answers all of my questions, reassures us, and even gives me a hug when I need it most. Kim and Susan have also been wonderful to work with. The entire team is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly makes you feel like family. Fertility treatment can be an emotional journey, but this office makes you feel heard, supported, and cared for every step of the way. I am so grateful to be under their care and highly recommend them to anyone navigating infertility.

Everything could improve- from the receptionist to the actual doctor. She was the most awful…read moregynecologist that I've ever seen and I've had four births. This visit was for my oldest daughter who needed medication. She was on her period when she was examined and then was heavily bleeding a week on the meds. I left messages with the office coordinator and on their website- we just needed to know if this was normal because it scared my daughter. I receive a phone call THREE days later and she said she didn't get a single message. Two weeks later her patch continued to fall off her body so we weren't sure how effective it was. Again, called everyone in the office and asked to switch to an oral medicine. I continued to get the runaround, received a call from her PA and was told we could pick it up at our pharmacy, great! I then receive a call from Lieberman who said that she never sent the medication or discussed switching. You cannot speak to this doctor directly unless you're willing to break the door down. Our initial visit, my daughter sat on the table, in a gown for an HOUR- Her very first experience with a gynecologist. She was extremely condescending when it came to choosing the right medication so much so that she said the Nuvaring probably was falling out of me due to my four births mind you I used contraception only before having them. Lieberman is by far the worst of the worst. She's arrogant and wants nothing to do with her patients once they leave the building. Please save yourself from total frustration. There's no wonder why her Google reviews are at a 2.8. Stay far away!! ZERO STARS.

His office is in a house which it seems to be normal in NY. He barely talked and was extremely awkward. However, during of my checkups he was going to do an ultrasound (his equipment is ridiculously old might as well pay so where else to get it done). My husband came with me as well as my daughter. When he finished the ultrasound and my husband left to the waiting room Holden told me "oh your daughter is so blonde, do people sometimes confuse you with her nanny?" I was speechless with his racist comment! I left and cried on the ride home. My husband said that when I was sitting dreads he came out and told the same thing to my husband if anyone had ever confused me with the babysitter. Needless to say I never went back!
