There was Keurig coffee and water offered. The office is located in a nice, small strip mall next to a Subway. The location is near the airport and right off the highway. There was plenty of parking. I did the online and in-person combo course to renew my BLS certification. I had just 5 people in my class, though the instructor said typically the non-hybrid courses run 8-30 students. The course was efficiently run and ended up finishing early.

Her training spans years, continents (including two stays in India) and covers the full range of massage technique. Her knowledge of anatomy and the most minute muscles, tendons and fascia is truly impressive - she immediately zeroed in on stressed areas I did not even know I had. She used Swedish, Ayuverdic and Mayan techniques during our session, always being sure I understood what the techniques were for, and encouraging my body to yield to healing and relaxation. She also taught me techniques I can use at home. She was genuinely concerned about me, and asked thorough questions, which put me at ease. I have pelvic organ prolapse and felt confident that the techniques she chose not only relaxed me, but helped to relieve pressure in my pelvic area. We have come back around and are very pleased with the evaluation process which rated our child on par with the grade he will be going into. This was not aligned with the end of year grades the school provided so we came in quite worried he was behind and had fallen very behind when looking at the grades. However the evaluation gave us peace of mind that he's progressed just fine this year, perhaps just at a slower speed than other students. My point is there are metrics implemented at Sylvan that are not used in school and I think these are also important gauges to help measure academic abilities. We're impressed with the staff and the facility. It's really well done.
