I'm def not super into dressing my babe in frilly lace pink dresses but rather prefer funky prints, neutral grays, yellows and browns. Mini Friday has all of it in styles I WISH they made for larger humans! Recently I stocked up on items for when she grows. They had an epic sale and I really scored. The no exchanges and refunds is stated upon purchase and there's signs in the store- keep in mind this is a small business, not a corporation or franchise like forever 21, Macy's, or another store that has a different type of insurance and therefore different type of return policy. The owner himself doesn't manufacture the shoes or the clothes, he buys wholesale just like everyone else. He's not responsible for the shoes falling apart. I would recommend reaching out to the manufacture who could possibly replace them for you or at minimum offer to repair them free of charge. I went to this location the day after Christmas to take advantage of after Christmas sale. It didn't seem like they've restocked their inventory since some racks were looking pretty thin.
