Stayed at 227. Disgusting beds with hairs and stains, possibly blood stain (or other bodily fluid). Bathroom needs a complete uplift (bathroom floor tiles either broken or missing), tons of stain on the walls and room smells of smoke. There were many flies flying around had to swat them at least 4-5 of them. The AC can barely cool the room and mind you its over 100 degrees out during the day and only 75 at night. The front desk man was very dry and try to upcharge my pet fee from $10 to $11 and had to argue that the website says $10. Tons of mysterious people loitering and looks completely unsafe. If you want good standards and safe try Hamptons or even Quality Inn. And no Continental Breakfast, because you did not get a permission?!!! What sorry excuse is that? False advertisement! The on-site owners have no customer service and felt no warmth or welcome.

Roach infested, broken down, filthy cesspool is perhaps to kind of a description for the worse hotel room I've ever seen.

This was the most disgusting filthy hotel I've been to in my life. I booked this room because I had two friends coming from out of town. I was so embarrassed when we entered the room. The chair was ripped, the front door deadbolt did not work. The microwave was old and stained. The AC was broken and hanging off. The lamps were broken and some didn't have light bulbs. The remote for the TV didn't work and did not have the back cover for the batteries. Customer service was non existing. The manager seemed upset every time we requested assistance. Paying over $100 for that is ridiculous!

Old, stained, shower curtain.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in in my 60 years, and I'm a traveler who has travelled the world. I chose it because it was just for one night to attend a party since I live two hours away. This place was disgusting!! The front desk answers the phone, "Hello", instead of, "Thank you for calling the Vagabond Inn how can I help you?", Sheets were stained and not clean, floor was dirty, tub and shower curtain was so dirty, I didn't use it and waited until I got home to shower. The headboard was gross!! It had stains and dust all over it. I know there was human stains on it if you get my drift! I used four disinfecting wipes to wipe it down. The A/C had a musty cigarette odor to it so I'm sure I was breathing in mold. The sink had crack marks and a lot of mold. Blinds were filthy, parking lot hasn't been swept in months, lots of cigarette butts and trash everywhere. The second floor and stairwells were so filthy, they need to be steam cleaned. These people just do not care at all. There were people smoking pot on the balcony. My friend walked all the way to the curb off motel property to smoke a cigarette himself and was confronted by two prostitutes in the parking lot near the office door door, asking if he wanted a date. The website advertises continental breakfast, they don't serve it. I asked why not, all the lady said was, "We don't have permission." Whatever da fk that means! The most disgusting motel ever! I've seen cleaner dog kennels. I understand the Vagabond Inn brand is considered a budget motel, and I've stayed in a few of them. I've never had a problem with any of them, except for this one. Vagabond headquarters needs to visit this motel as it is not up to Vagabond Inn standards. DO NOT BOOK THIS DUMP OF A MOTEL!

This place is disgusting! We got into the room and it was suppose to be a non-smoking and it has a strong smoke smell! It was dirty, the sheets were not changed. We found smudge marks on the pillows, a cigarette burn on the sheets, a hair in the bed and a scrub sponge in the bed! Completely disgusting and gross! We immediately checked out and notified the night staff and they claimed it was clean! Ugh!! DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE! I wish I could give a negative review!

If I could select negative stars; I would. This is an unclean and unsafe place to stay. In addition to all the maintenance issues with the room, there was a hypodermic needle in the window sill. The scary part is that we did not notice this right away. We packed up our things and checked out. We spoke to the manager the next day who offered no empathy or apologies and an embarrassing $20 refund on a $200 stay. Add insult to injury; she claimed the needle could have been mine or the person who previously stayed in the room before me. This is absolutely appalling and I urge the public to stay away from an establishment that does not provide a safe environment and accuse respectable people of being drug users.

mushroom growing out of the ground next to the toilet. BLEHHHHHH

She is polite and goes above and beyond to make her guests feel comfortable. She provides the great customer service, and this is the "hospitality." She cares, and that all matters. She made sure our 2-night 3 day stay was pleasant and comfortable. Thank you, Laura. She is the gem for this hotel. I also want to give my constructive feedback here to help their future guests and the management of Hampton Inn Hemet. Cons: -$250 deposit each booking. If a guest ends up making 2 separate reservations for 2 nights, it requires check out/in again after 1st night, and also another deposit of $250 ($500 for 2 nights which is unheard of). -Breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Less substitutes for scramble eggs please (it tasted like consommé egg pudding). Needs more varieties & food. -A/C in unit is really loud. If you're sensitive, you can't sleep. -Fridge was near room temperature with no adjustment option. -Soggy mattress -Room smells like gym (to me). Pros: -Room is spacious. -Room is cleaned well. -Room layout is good and furnished thoughtful. -Clean sheets/ towels -No water clogging. -Good shower water pressure -Easy access to car parked -Good location near so many stores I still give 5 stars because of Laura at the front desk. She is fantastic!!!

Win or lose, it is ALWAYS a fun and relaxing time when I visit this casino…read more It is not a humongous casino like others in the area, yet it offers many of the same table games and slot machines as all the others. In my opinion, the machines pay out more often here than in other, perhaps more popular casinos. This casino is very nice, clean, and fun. Employees throughout the casino are super nice, and security can be seen both inside and outside the property, including the parking lot, so one always feels safe. There are numerous dining options, and large TVs are available throughout the casino if watching sports is your thing. There is always great music playing overhead to keep the energy positive, fun, and exciting. Restrooms are large, clean, and staffed by employees who are constantly cleaning, mopping, and wiping down all surfaces. This is a great place to escape "the rat race" for a few hours, have fun, and unwind One final and major tip: The one thing I offer EVERYONE when visiting a casino is don't play with "scared money," meaning if you are terrified of losing any amount of money, and feel anxiety or terrified of losing, perhaps casinos are not a good option for you,

This was the quietest motel I've ever stayed in…read more It was clean, they had balcony rooms. I got one, if I was staying for a few days I'd be reading on that balcony. But I only stayed a single night. The room was really long, lots of space, a table with 2 chairs. Refrigerator, full sized shower, and renovated rooms. I checked in easily, we had a reservation, they gave us a piece of paper to park, and this location is huge!! Good amount of parking for guests. I'd be back!!

When we first got there the desk staff were all nice, a couple of the cleaning ladies were not friendly. The parking was very convenient, and the only criticism we would have made is that the corridors and stairs are all basically black and really could stand a good power wash, that would brighten up the whole building. We understand the time deadlines and we had a transfer coming so that we could extend another day, but the desk staff became very impatient, rude and disrespectful, especially Stella who had been fine the rest of our stay. we had only just removed our cats' letterbox and she stormed into our room and acted like she smelled the worst possible odor. had she given us two more minutes we had our own vacuum and cleaning supplies and we would have mopped the floor, we even had our own air filters. We have never been treated this way at any other place we have stayed. We are not the guests who had dogs who pooped in the corridors and by the BBQ areas and were just left there. We don't smoke cigarettes or use the ash cans all throughout the corridors, we were very good guests but I guess take our money then be rude and kick us out.
