These people were horrible. My sister needed her car inspected. when we got there she asked the guy…read morenot to take her sticker off. Myself and my two grown sons rode with us. The lady at the reception was very nice and sweet. When they were done with the car a big guy came in. He said it didn't pass because it needs two tires. That's fine with my sister. But then this guy got really rude. He starts yelling at her telling her " it's the law" to take the sticker. When she tried explaining , he got even worse. He yells at her telling her" why the f@ck did you wait so long". She started crying and I sent her out to her car. I tried explaining That her husband died a few months ago and he always did everything with the car, she didn't know. Now my boys are grown. There is no way they will keep their mouth shut watching this guy make there 62 year old , newly widowed, aunt cry like that. So we go out to the car and there ends up 5 guys out there trying to tell my boys to get out of the car to fight. What kind of business keeps employees like this? One guy calls one of my sons a fat f@cker. Now my son is about 180 pounds, this guy had to be more then 300 . His boobs hang lower than mine. I laughed at that one. One of then said he should call the cops because my sister tried to burn him. She put her cigarette out the window, it was nowhere near him. in my opinion this business should not be running.

John is the owner and he will give it to you straight if something needs fixing or not. I've been taking my car, my wife's car, my two kids cars there for the past 25 years. They are so easy to talk to and when I have a problem with my cars, I either take my car to them (call them first because they have so much business) or have it towed by AAA (which has been done many times). I leave it, they check it out and when they find what the problem is, they call you to tell you and tell you the price. If you want it done, they will do it but they won't work on it until they get permission from you. I have a clear head when I take my cars to them. I don't worry about nothing. I bought a 1999 Honda Civic back in 2000 with 18,000 miles on it from John Lant who used to own the dealership there. After 297,000 miles, the guys could not do anything more for my car. Yes, it finally died with the original clutch in it. These guys don't work weekends. Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That is how good their business is. If you have a problem with your car, take it to Relia-Tech and put your mind at ease. They don't rip anyone off to make an extra buck. They don't work that way. They have been like this even before "social media" and we all know that it can make you or break you. Thank God they are only 10 minutes away from my house. Call them, you won't be sorry because they are really respectable, nice guys!
