Don't use Balderas of las cruces! They sent three guys over on three different days, each leaving without giving us a lot of info. The first two made up excuses and that they'd be back with a work order for parts. The third and most inexperienced one, cut half an inch off the yoda loop and the evaporator line. He then hid the line through the evaporator coils. Lastly he snapped off a line leading to the compressor. Never mentioned any of the damage and insisted we just buy a new fridge. My guess is he wanted us to buy one from them! P.s Ask for an invoice! This last guy ruined our fridge and didn't charge us so he wouldn't have to provide an invoice. Without an invoice Balderas is refuting his actions! Avoid this company at all costs!

This company is ran buy criminals. They came out to look at my washing machine stating that they…read morewill charge the $38.50 diagnosis fee and put that towards the installation/fixing the machine. I gave the guy that was very rude and two $20 dollar bills and he kept the change. He opened up the top of the washing machine and told me that it needed a new water valve. He didn't touch anything inside, he just said that that is the most common reason for why the machine would not fill up with water. He then said that he needed a specialty part and that his store in El Paso had 3 water valves. So he kept my $40 and did not give me the $1.50 change, rather he told me that he would use the $40 towards the new part. He told me that he couldn't get the part that day because it was 4pm and he was off in an hour and that he was going to take three days off due to Memorial day holiday. He gave me three days to tell him that I wanted the part. he told me to contact him via cell or text by that next Tuesday to get the part and he would put it in. I texted him the invoice with the model number on it and asked him to get the part and he didn't respond. I called him 3 times and he did not answer until the afternoon. He said that he needed to check if the El Paso store had the parts still. Then I got a call from a girl on another cell phone who asked me for the model number. I was at work and I had to go into a meeting, so I asked her to look at their copy of the receipt because Junior had wrote it down. She said that that was the thing, they didn't have the receipt on them so she figured if I could leave work and go look at the washing machine and give her the model number, she could check if they have the part in El Paso. I then told her that I would call my husband and have him get the number because I had to go into a meeting at work. My husband called Junior who then told him to call the office to pay for the part. He googled Balderas and apparantly there are two Balderas appliances in Las Cruces, so he didn't know that I was talking to one and Junior directed him to the other store. So the other store ordered the part (they are located on Main St. and are not related to the one on Solano). I went by the Balderas on Solano and the girl that had called me came out with her baby and verfied that they had lost the model number and didn't order the part. I asked Junior, if I were to go to the other store and pick up the part if he could install it since he kept the $40 installation fee. He abruptly said no that he would recharge me because I didn't not have him purchase it within 3 days. I told him that we tried to have him purchase it and he directed us to call the office line, and did not tell us that there was another Balderas store so we accidentally called them and they ordered the part. That I attempted to have Junior order part 3 times and he did not respond. He then very rudely said that he did not care, he did not care about returning customers and would recharge us the money. So we had the other Balderas company come out to fix the machine. In the end, the water valve was NOT even broken. Junior charged me an installation fee but never took anything apart to inspect it. So he had us order a part that was not even broken. So the other Balderas store (on Main St) came over and fixed it for free. They were very kind and did not want us to have to pay for the other company's scam. Do not go to the Balderas on Solano he is a criminal, he does not even inspect the appliances, he takes money and refuses to go back and fix the machine. I would be very concerned that he may purposely break your appliance in order to get you to buy a new one from him.

He was prompt and courteous and didn't mind me watching him while he took my washer apart to see if it was the belt like I thought. There was nothing about the cost of the repair or the knowledge of the repairman that upset me. I pride myself on fixing stuff myself and have gotten pretty good at it over the years. But this was a bigger repair job than I wanted to tackle. He knew his stuff and I would call them again for appliance repair. They always got right back with me when I called to see if my part was in. My two concerns are: 1. They needed to order a part - which took over a week to get - and I would have been good with paying for the part upfront. 2. He wanted the full amount including labor before he had done anything to the washer expect diagnose the issue. All worked out fine, it was just a little odd a repair place didn't have parts for what they repair and the labor was to be paid upfront.

When they received the part and came to replace it, he couldn't figure out how to fix it. He told me the part was the wrong one and no one was responding to him from the company. I was able to reach their customer service rep, who told me all we had to do was return the part and they would replace it for no additional charge. I phoned and texted multiple times giving him the information and he refused to take my calls or respond and then blocked me. I'm out $369 and haven't had a working oven for 10 months. I think he's a crook and a con man. The part was $29! Go anywhere else!
